RGWRA members met with State Engineer John D’Antonio to voice their concerns over the existing procedure used by the OSE Albuquerque District to determine the validity of pre-1907 surface water rights in the Middle Rio Grande Valley.

January 20, 2004 – RGWRA Joins ESA Collaborative Program

The RGWRA became a signatory to the ESA Collaborative Program Memorandum of Understanding. The RGWRA now has a voice in any decisions made by the Program.
